Find out if your idea has real customers before you build it

We find your audience, talk to 15 to 20 people with an unbiased interview script, and hand you a report of what we heard: who has the pain, what it costs them, and who agreed to try a solution.

Tell us about your idea (optional, 20 seconds)

The first 5 people on the list get founder pricing. No spam.

What you get

Evidence, not opinions

Every validation ends with numbers you can check and the exact words of people who have the problem.

Validation report

How many people we reached, how many talked, how many have the pain and how many made a real commitment. Simple rule: 2 commitments and the idea passes.

Unbiased script

We ask about what people already did, never whether they would use your idea.

Interview questionsSample
  • When was the last time this happened?
  • What have you tried to fix it?
  • How much does it cost you per month?
  • Would you use an app that solves this?

Every conversation logged

See who talked, what they said and the next step agreed with each person.

How it works

You keep your day job. We go out and talk to people.

  1. You tell us the idea

A 30-minute call to define the audience, the pain you think exists, and what counts as success.

  2. We find your audience

We build a list of the right people and reach out via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and referrals.

  3. We run the interviews

Short conversations about the problem, with no selling. Join any call you like.

  4. You get the verdict

A spreadsheet with every conversation, the quotes that matter, and the commitment count.

The rule

Compliments aren't validation

“Cool idea, I'd use it” doesn't pay the bills. We count what people did, not what they say they would do.

What usually happens

  • Months of building before talking to anyone
  • A survey answered by friends and family
  • “Love it!” counted as a customer
  • Launching to a list nobody asked to be on

What Fieldwork delivers

  • Conversations with people living the problem today
  • Questions about what they already tried and how much they spent
  • 2 real commitments or the idea didn't pass
  • Contacts who already know you and the idea
When was the last time you had this problem, and what did you do about it? That question says more about your idea than a hundred surveys.

FAQ

Before you join the list

What counts as a commitment?

Something that costs the person: booking a second meeting with the decision maker, sending real data for a test, agreeing to pay for a pilot, or referring someone else with the same problem.

Does it work for any kind of idea?

It works best for B2B products and services, where you can find and talk to the buyers. For mass-market consumer apps, other methods are usually cheaper.

How much will it cost?

We're still deciding. Joining the list now helps set the price, and the first 5 people get founder pricing.

What if the idea doesn't pass?

You saved months. The report shows what people actually said, which often points to a nearby problem that's worth more.

Will you share my idea with anyone?

No. We sign a confidentiality agreement before starting, and interviewees only learn what they need for the conversation.
